Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.
Furthermore contained in this recent image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
